We don't track diversity statistics

Diversity and Inclusion is one of the focus areas we hear repeatedly from brands. We'd recommend you consider looking into diversity and inclusion and how you could track that within your agency. We partner with Creative Equals who are specialists in this area and can introduce you to their team should you wish.

Why do you ask for diversity statistics on the agency profile?

At Creativebrief, we see part of our role as setting a more progressive agenda for the industry, of which diversity and inclusion are a part of that, so we’re on a mission to raise awareness and improve diversity. With our privileged position, sitting right in the middle of agencies and brands, we have lots of conversations with brands and diversity is one of the key themes we hear repeatedly. As a result, we want agencies to have a place to add their diversity statistics and join us in being open and transparent with diversity statistics and the collective journey to becoming a more diverse industry that represents all.

We aren't comfortable displaying diversity statistics on the profile

Having diversity statistics on the profile is about being open, transparent and setting out your ambition to show brands that diversity is important to your agency regardless of what stage in your journey you are. You may choose to touch on this in the ambition section of the profile. For example talk about the targets and initiatives you have set around DE&I.

At Creativebrief, we see part of our role as setting a more progressive agenda for the industry, of which diversity and inclusion are a part of that, so we’re on a mission to raise awareness and improve diversity. We'd be happy to chat with you about diversity and why it's important to show your commitment by adding statistics to the agency profile with you further or point you in the direction of our partner Creative Equals who are experts in the field.
