Your agency profile

The platform is at the heart of what we do, so making sure your profile is always up to date is one of the best ways you can maximise your partnership with us.

Be sure to use your profile to share important information about your agency such as who you are, your culture, ambition, people and more.

It is important to keep your profile up to date and build it out with in depth content - such as insights and case studies - not just to raise the agency's profile, but because it ties in directly with new business opportunities.

The Creativebrief team use the platform to ensure they are up to speed on all agencies, in order to recommend them appropriately. Furthermore, brands are typically spending time reviewing agency profiles on the platform before coming to Creativebrief to run a review process. So the agency profile is very much at the core of our services across marketing and new business.

Wider marketing reach

Our marketing team regularly pushes out work from the platform across our own channels - social media, brand communications, and our regular newsletter The Curious Cut.

These are additional ways we can boost your visibility amongst our audiences and in the wider industry.

Uploading new and top quality work is the best way to ensure you’re featured regularly. But also remember, we are here to support our members as marketing partners, so do keep us informed about key marketing milestones with plenty of notice so we can align and plan how to best support you.

Getting involved with BITE

BITE, the editorial arm of Creativebrief, is a major part of what makes us different and plays a big role in how you can maximise your partnership with us.

The editorial team writes fresh content daily, focusing on the trends, topics and creative work driving the industry forward, as well as the people behind it.

The team regularly reaches out to our member agencies to contribute to content and actively invites our members to pitch content to them. By getting involved you can increase your exposure to our brand community.

Meetings with the Creativebrief team

As part of your membership, you’ll have one or more consultations with the Creativebrief team. These meetings can be adapted to your needs, but might cover market insights, brand insights, agency brand marketing, pitching and responding to RFIs.

Because we sit between brands and agencies, we can offer a holistic view of the industry and the challenges it is currently facing on both sides. Talk to the AM team about tailoring a consultation session for your specific needs.

Our self-serve help desk

The Creativebrief Knowledge Hub is essentially a self-serve helpdesk which helps our members to understand how best to use the platform and generally make the most of the partnership.

From information on how to build your profile, write a good case study, and pitch ideas to BITE, you should find all the key info and guidance you need.

Member-exclusive content

The Knowledge Hub is also the home to our member-exclusive content, providing insights and intelligence.

From our latest reports on the Future of the Pitch to exclusive industry insights from our brand community and advice on your agency brand, the Knowledge Hub is the one-stop shop for all your member-exclusive benefits.

Connections & opportunity

Inclusion on relevant client briefs

We typically work to strict criteria and always aim to ensure any agencies participating have a strong possibility of winning. With this in mind, we will be in touch whenever there is an appropriate opportunity.

A key benefit of being a member is that we have a particular understanding of your expertise and capabilities, meaning we are well placed to recommend you for any relevant opportunities .

Getting connected

Brands can also use the platform to find their ideal agency partners, which is often assisted by advice from the Creativebrief team. This means there’s plenty of opportunity outside of official reviews for brands to be finding and connecting with your agency.

Events

Creativebrief runs a programme of events to drive connection within the industry. The 2023 events programme will be shared soon.

Alongside our own events programme our marketing team works to support member agency events across our social channels and in our brand communications.

We also take on events partnerships with our agencies - subject to resource and timings, where we might get members of our senior leadership to speak or take part in a panel discussion

Advocating on your behalf

We are passionate about advocating for our member agencies and we do this by:

  • Showcasing your agency to brands

We are always showcasing our member agencies to our brand community, through the platform, wider marketing support and day-to-day conversations.

  • Advocating for a modern pitch process

As well as championing the best agency work, we are continuously advocating for positive change in the industry. It is our vision to redefine the traditional pitch process to align it better with responsible and ethical business practices.

We do this through events, thought leadership, and challenging brands to run more modern-day processes.

You can find our latest report ‘The Future of the Pitch’ here.

We have also signed the IPA/ISBA Pitch Positive Pledge.

  • Industry initiatives and partnerships

As well as our efforts to redefine the pitch process we have a number of partnerships with industry bodies that are challenging the industry and moving it forward.

For example, we have a partnership with Creative Equals and encourage you to add your diversity stats to your profile.
