FAQs

How frequently should I be updating my agency profile?

Upload new work as frequently as possible. Case studies aren't going to be updated as frequently as new work. We recommend uploading new case studies as and when you have them. It's worth checking your case studies every 4-6 weeks as a minimum, as there may be other images, details or results to add. We recommend uploading new insight papers and events as and when you have them. Brands are accessing the platform on a daily basis.

What is the difference between new work and a case study?

New work is a snapshot of any new projects or campaigns that have just launched. They're short and snappy including an image and/or video of the campaign or project and 280 character summary. Whereas case studies are a deep dive into your most successful campaigns. Case studies include multiple images, videos and 800-1000 words often sharing the challenge, insight, solution and results of the campaign.

Can I switch my agency profile off until we are ready to publish?

Agency profiles are live as soon as membership has been confirmed. We recommend you start by filling in the agency information in the account settings, followed by uploading new work, case studies, insights and events.

Is there a strategy to uploading to the platform e.g should I upload 6 x case studies at once?

You may wish to spread out the days that you publish case studies for maximum exposure on the homepage but the ultimate aim is to have the profile fully populated as soon as possible so brands can see the full range of content.

How do I feature on the homepage?

Every new content upload (new work, case study, insight, event) will feature on the relevant homepage carousel.

In additon, each week new work is selected to feature on the homepage banner image. This feature includes an image and a link to the new work piece on your profile. It's great exposure for the campaign and your profile.

To be selected for this increased exposure you need to be publishing new work on your profile.

We suggest publishing new work as frequently as possible to increase your chances of being featured.

What day should I be uploading?

There isn't an optimal day to upload content to the platform. Brands are accessing the platform on a daily basis.
